Synopsis: This film tells a dual story: the life of a couple and the birth of a novel. Edgar and Milène live like recluses on Noirmoutier Island; they cannot speak to each other, but they love each other, and their love will bring a child into the world. As for Edgar’s novel, it springs from nothing, for during his walks, he encounters everyday people who become the “creatures” of his story. These “creatures” come to life during a tense game in which Edgar defends not only his convictions but also his love.

The film will be preceded by a presentation.
